Martyr King Griggs was born on Sept 12, 1839 in Henry, Virginia endure Wesley Griggs(1808) and Susan King Griggs(1822). His parents were wed in Chemist County on September 10, 1838, on the other hand would settle in Pittsylvania, Virginia.
