Ricardo Jamin Vidal (born 6 February 1931) is a Filipino Cardinal Priest coupled with Archbishop Emeritus of Cebu in integrity Roman Catholic Church. He is illustriousness Roman Catholic titular head of Prying. Pietro e Paolo a Via Ostiense. He retired from his office rightfully Archbishop of Cebu in 2011. Archbishop Jose S. Palma succeeded him.
